    The chart's wrong. 4 bars of Fm top and tail it. So the tune starts on the 2nd line of Fm and ends after the first line of Fm (which should be the last line)

    i think Herbie thought of it that way: Fm7 Db7 Dm7 Fm7 ... because the melody starts there, the solos start there, and most dynamic and rhythmical changes happen between the two Fm7-parts
